Leap Year Baby?

Well, we had another Non-stress test today and passed with flying colors. Since we are so healthy we are going to keep waiting. On Friday, we are scheduled for a BPP, which is an ultrasound test that will make sure that the baby has enough fluid and the placenta is functioning normally. As long as that test comes back normal we will at least wait through next weekend before attempting to induce.

This got us thinking...Qwanesha might be born in March! Or she could be a Leap Year Baby!!!

Brian's grandma really doesn't want it to be a Leap Year Baby. What do you think? Would it be cool? weird? Vote in the poll and then leave a comment with your thoughts.

It would be SO awesome to have a Leap Day birthday. I would love it if my kid was born on Leap Day. However, I still voted no. If I knew I wanted to induce regardless, I would try to schedule it on the 29th, but it seems to be a poor reason if induction is unnecessary or undesired. :)

When do leap year babies get to celebrate their birthday when it's not a leap year?

Kids are funny about birthdays. I think your little girl would be ticked that she only had a birthday every 4 years.

I think a Leap Year birthday is like the ultimate deal....for parents. Just think of all the birthday parties you get to "skip." Princesses, sleepovers, pre teen, sweet sixteen, the horid 20 year old "stuck in no man's land" birthday.....YOU'RE GOLDEN.

BUT...

I, too, still voted 'aviod.' Because that would be pretty sad to have to make up some random birthday day. On the other hand...maybe that would be fun...

Wake up one day "HAPPY BIRTDHAY BABY Q."

God is totally laughing at all of these guesses...because He knows all.

Try to stay postive with each passing day...

Can't wait to see pictures of Baby Q.

I think it would be awesome to be a leap year baby! it would be fitting for how smart your little girl will be... she should teach all of her friends about Leap years... and maybe she could explain it to me!

... how often does it come around, baby rush?
